Ultrafine Silica

Ultrafine silica is a white, odorless, amorphous powder with nano-scale particle size, high purity, and large surface area, widely used in coatings, inks, electronics, and specialty additives.

Characteristics of ultrafine silica series products:

1. strict particle size distribution, large specific surface area.

2. High porosity and low volume specific gravity.

3. High transparency and enhancement.

4. excellent dispersibility and matting properties.

1. Pre-dispersion method:

Use 80-90% (by weight) solvent or resin, add 10-20% silicone matting agent, mix well, lightly rub one side with mortar or three-roll mortar, then add according to the required formula amount.

2. Direct addition:

Take the silica aerosol required by the formula, add it to the resin and disperse it evenly at high speed.

Anti-caking agent adding amount is 0.5-2%, mix well.

Packaging:

This product is packed in film-covered valve bags or kraft paper bags lined with plastic film. Net weight: 10Kg/bag.
