Organic matting powder, is a special organic polymer, in the paint industry, can be used as varnish and color varnish matting agent and flash aluminum pigment orienting agent, the existing models are M3, M4, M5, M6.

Application in coatings

1. Pre-dispersion method:

Use 80-90% by weight solvent or resin, add 10-20% silicone matting agent, mix well, lightly rub one side with mortar or three-roll mortar, and then add the desired amount of formulation.

2. Direct addition:

Take the silica aerosol required by the formula, add it to the resin and disperse it evenly at high speed.

Packaging:

This product is packed in film-covered valve bags or kraft paper bags lined with plastic film. Net weight: 10Kg/bag.
